The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate approached New Energy Expertise in 2025 to deliver fresh thinking and solid analysis to the energy transition, in particular to the challenge to match (future) industrial demand with (future) supply of green electrons. Together with Oxford Global Projects (OGP) the world's leading experts on megaproject management we deliver a program that will enable the Ministry to launch new instruments for the energy transition. 

Prior to start of the war in the Middle East, New Energy Expertise provided some analysis for the upcoming 2 wind farms in tender prepared by Netherlands Enterprise Agency in 2026.

We made scenarios and concluded that although the conditions were challenging, the recommended maximum tender amount of €104 per MWh could work.
