TNO and New Energy Partners in 2023 launched a Joint Industry Program (consortium) of major energy companies in offshore wind and hydrogen for a Joint Industrial Program (JIP) to research and develop offshore green hydrogen and a production demonstrator (R&D). 

This is a not-for-profit (stichting) joint industry program (JIP) for the major energy companies.

In this program we will deliver learning objectives (TNO) for the sector building up to an offshore green hydrogen production pilot to be installed in 2030. The program is 100% funded by the Dutch government (25 Mio euro from EZK through Klimaatfonds).
