Aart van der Pal is a senior energy transition executive with over 15 years of experience in renewable energy, including wind, solar, storage, and integrated energy systems. He has led large innovative teams and international organisations, and advised governments and companies on strategy and execution of large-scale renewable programs.

Aart has previously held c-level executive roles at Energy research Cente of the Netherlands (ECN, now TNO), Vattenfall, and recently Ventolines, where he combines organisational and technical expertise with commercial insight to drive innovation and delivery in the energy transition. 

He is recognized for bridging strategy and execution, developing organisations, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and structuring high-impact energy projects.

Marco E. is a senior project executive in energy and infrastructure for Worley with extensive experience in capital-intensive projects. He has served as Project Director at Fluor and Gasunie, leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing high-value contracts, and ensuring delivery across complex energy programmes.

Marco held senior leadership roles at Worley, focusing on strategic project delivery, client advisory, and engineering consulting in the energy transition. He combines deep technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive large-scale infrastructure and energy projects from concept to execution.

Pepijn Docter is a senior commercial executive in renewable energy with more than 15 years of experience in offshore wind, hydrogen and large-scale energy infrastructure.

He has led and won 4.5 GW of offshore wind projects across Europe, negotiated complex EPC and O&M contracts, structured major M&A and farm-down transactions, and managed global strategic accounts including Shell.

Pepijn has held senior commercial and transaction roles at Siemens Gamesa, Siemens Energy, Vattenfall, Eneco and Shell. His experience spans sales leadership, capital structuring, public-private partnerships and commercialization of new technologies.
